Confidentiality Agreement


All of the information discussed in sessions will be confidential unless we have reason to believe that you or another person is at risk. 

In most circumstances we will have a conversation with you about this and decide what to do next and who to contact.

However, in some circumstances we may need to alert other people to keep you and or others safe before discussing this with you first. 

Session notes will be safely stored in a locked cabinet in accordance with our Professional Body Code of Conduct.


Payment Policy


Payment for the first session is required in advance of the session. 

For subsequent sessions, invoices will be sent monthly via email.  

Payment should be made within 7 days by bank transfer. 

If you are paying via Health Insurance your policy will need to be activated before any sessions can commence.

You will be liable for any shortfall from your insurance policy.


Cancellation Policy


It is possible to cancel your appointment in advance without incurring a charge.

Cancellation with 48 hours or more notice = No Charge

Cancellation between 24-48 hours notice = 50% Session Fee Charge

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice = Full Fee Charge

You can cancel your appointment by email. Please ensure your clinician is copied into the email.


All of these terms will need to be agreed to at the time of completing your referral form with us.
